Baytex® 1000 is an emulsifiable concentrate (EC) containing 82.5% fenthion and is widely used for the control of mosquito larvae. The formulation is most economical. The formulation is most economical, especially for the treatment of large water bodies since it kills larvae at an extremely low concentration of 0.1 ppm. It is extremely effective in habitats such as covered storm water drains, water collection at building construction sites, septic tanks, pools, drains and nallahs and other stagnant non-potable water bodies.
